Nitrogen Vanadium Alloy

Our factory has a Nitrogen vanadium alloy production line with annual production capability of 300 MT.

By using Nitrogen vanadium to replace ferrovanadium, many steelmakers can achieve these high strengths more efficiently and at lower costs. Nitro-van vanadium optimizes the strengthening mechanisms in high-strength, low-alloy steels, allowing steelmakers to use less vanadium to reach desired strength levels. This reduces vanadium costs by as much as 40%.  The product also provides steelmakers with two strengthening mechanisms - not just one. That improves strengthening efficiency and lowers costs. As a result, this unique strengthener is the preferred addition worldwide for micro-alloyed high-strength steels.
